Double Drawers

Make your cargo space organised and more efficient to work out of – it has been estimated that a Rolaworx drawer could save 15 minutes per day. This adds up to 62 hours a year over a 5 day week. Multiply that by your average worker’s hourly wage and see the savings!

A double drawer not only doubles your cargo space, it gives you the ability to roll the cargo out to the operator – no more crawling into the back of your ute to reach tools! Access to the cargo is mainly from the rear due to the drawer operation, ensuring protection for the vehicles paintwork.

Each drawer has a 400kg weight capacity and an inbuilt braking system to brake the motion of the drawer at approximately every 300mm to ensure the safety of the operator – especially when working on gradients. The standard depth of the lower drawer can be either 290mm or 235mm – more commonly 290mm. The sides of the top drawer are 80mm. These dimensions can be increased or decreased for specific purposes – see our drawer options for more information.

Every drawer comes standard with fitter ply retainer channels allowing you to remove and replace dividers to help arrange your cargo as needed. There is no need to fit these if a larger space is needed. If you want to increase your capacity further there is the option of adding a shelf above the double drawer.

The shallow double drawers can be fitted under a hard lid.
