Over the years we have had wide ranging experience with different mining applications. Most mines will have a code to work to, and this code can vary slightly between locations.
Mine spec usually calls for a number of additional safety features, such as:
- Engine lock out ability
- Spark free jump start access
- High visibility additions to the vehicle such as extra lights, flags, hi-vis decals
- Vehicle stability calculations
- Additional vehicle parking aids such as wheel chocks
